Returns & Exchanges

Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll send return instructions and the address to use.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned piece. Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, except when we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

Because each release is produced in considered quantities, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the piece you want while supply lasts.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, including return shipping when the error is ours.
