Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on the site — including logos, product designs, photography, text, and trademarks — is owned by Queer Official INC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, scrape content in an abusive way, or use the site to transmit harmful code or unlawful material.

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queer Official INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queer Official INC and its officers, directors, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of incorporation of Queer Official INC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
